Refund policy

We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of receiving your item. Returns are subject to the conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not return any products to the address shown on the original package. Items sent back without first requesting and receiving return authorization will not be accepted.You can always contact us for any return question at SugarestQ8@gmail.com. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including personalized or custom-made products, gift cards, clearance or final-sale items, and items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition and packaging.

Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and assist you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please contact us first regarding your return. Once an eligible return has been approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
